Small development queries

Our teams are here to help you if you need a new permanent or temporary water supply or a waste connection approval for your small development sites.

 

Do you need a new water connection to supply:

  • new domestic or commercial properties 

  • a building site

  • an existing property which you are converting into properties needing individual water supplies 

  • an existing property which need a bigger water supply

  • a fire sprinkler system 

  • an agricultural trough

  • a property on a shared supply which needs its own meter

The Asset Protection team help commercial developers to understand and plan what needs to be done when working near our pipes and other infrastructure.

The Asset Protection team are not able to help with queries about household bills or problems with water and waste services. Contact our customer teams for questions about your account and services.
