Information for customers in Wales

Severn Trent and Dee Valley Water came together in early 2017 and proposed some changes to the regulatory boundaries between the two companies, Ofwat approved this change in 2018. This change created Hafren Dyfrdwy for customers in Wales and moved customers in England who were previously subject to Welsh rules over to Severn Trent Water.
