We know that many of our customers are affected by flooding of roads, rivers and fields, and we want to help you access the support you need. You can check the UK Government Flood Warning Information Service for updates about possible flooding in your area.
If you’ve experienced a flood on a road or a footpath, please report this to your local Council who will be able to support you.
If you're affected by flooding from a river or streams, please contact the Environment Agency and they will be able to assist further. You can find more information and contact details on their website or call their Floodline number on 0345 988 1188.
