This is our Guaranteed Service Scheme (GSS) Refund Request Form for discoloured water due to mains clearing.
Before you begin
This form is specifically for customers who have experienced discoloured water because of mains clearing in their area. We understand that this can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your support by running your tap to clear the discolouration.
You may be eligible for a GSS payment if:
If you meet these criteria, you are entitled to a refund of 1 cubic metre (1m³) of water to compensate for the runoff. This refund will be applied to your water account.

To request your refund, please complete the following form with accurate information about the incident and your account details. We aim to process eligible claims within 10 working days of your submission.
