Supply interruptions in Derby

We’ve had reports that some customers living in the DE56 area of Derby may be experiencing supply interruptions this evening. We’re so sorry if you’ve been impacted by this, please be assured our teams are investigating the cause of this and as soon as we’ve got more information, we’ll provide an update here.

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing supply interruptions. Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, we are hoping to have this resolved by 10PM.

Our teams are currently onsite of a burst water pipe, The burst water pipe is on John Gaunts Way. We will be working throughout the evening to repair the burst water pipe and to restore all water supplies to our customers. 

We want to thank all our customers for their patience this evening and we are sorry for any inconvenienced caused. 

Following our previous update, you may still experience periods of poor supply throughout this morning. This is due to the demand.

Our teams have been working on the repairs all through this morning and have managed to recharge the main, meaning that hopefully you will see an improvement in water pressure as the day goes on.
