Water Supply Interruptions in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire 

We’d like to apologise to those experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water in the DE4, DE5, DE55, DE56, DE75 and NG16 areas of Derbyshire as well as Nottinghamshire this morning.

This is due to a burst water pipe nearby Chadwick Nick Lane in the DE56 area. 

Our teams are on site working to repair this and restore your water supply as soon as possible. We are confident the repair will be completed by 12PM.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing, and we’ll make sure this page is updated as we receive more information.

Following on from our previous update, we are very sorry if you are still experiencing no supply, poor pressure or discoloured water due to burst water pipe.

 Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, but the repair is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated.

Whilst this works takes place you may notice your water to be slightly lower pressure than usual or even discoloured in appearance.This is nothing to worry about and will return to normal as our works are completed.
