Water supplies may be off
We’re sorry to customers in the CV10 and CV11 area who may be waking up to find that they have no water or low water pressure this morning due to a suspected burst water pipe. Our teams are heading out to site now and will investigate this and work to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Customer update
We’d like to apologise once again to everyone that is still experiencing a loss of pressure or water supply to your homes in the CV10/CV11 area of Nuneaton this morning.
Our engineers have now confirmed this is due to a burst water pipe in the area. We have a team already on site assessing the burst and will begin working on the repair as soon as possible.
We’ll make sure we keep this page updated with information to keep you fully informed.

Following on from our previous update, we’re really sorry if you’re still experiencing supply interruptions due to a burst water pipe in the area.
Our teams are still working hard to get your water flowing again, but the fix is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated.
We believe we’re on track to have this fixed by 12PM and we really appreciate your patience during this time.

Our teams are working hard to get your water flowing again, but the fix is taking us a little longer than we first anticipated. We now aim to have this fixed by 4PM.
We’re thankful for everyone’s patience as we work hard to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible, and apologise for the inconvenience this may be causing.

Ongoing Issue

We have now repaired the burst main, but in doing so have identified a second burst.
We have teams on way to site to isolate the repair as quickly as possible and get your water flowing again, and we’ll provide updates here as soon as we have more information.
