Managing your accounts and properties with Landlord TAP
If your tenants are responsible for paying their own utilities bill, you can use Landlord TAP to manage your properties and accounts.
Landlord TAP allows you to update the details of tenants, so we know who is legally responsible for paying the water and waste bill in rented homes.
Landlord TAP is a national service, so if you have properties outside the Severn Trent region you’re able to update details for those homes too.

Managing your accounts and properties with Severn Trent
On our website, you can update and manage up to 30 properties on the same account, however they must all be under the same account holder’s name.
Some tenants’ bill payments are included in their rent. Often, it’s the managing agent or landlord that then pay the bills from that rental income.
If you are responsible for paying bills for the properties you rent out, you can register to manage your account and properties online.
Then you’ll be able to make payments, enter meter readings and update other important account details.
