Report an issue through Vyn
Instead of explaining an issue over the phone, Severn Trent customers can now use Vyn (Video Your Notes) to send a video of any issues.
You will need:
How to report your issue
If it has been reported, our teams will already be working on it and you won't need to submit another report.
If it hasn't been reported, you can report your issue with your mobile device.
You'll be taken to our Vyn App, and the report will take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
If you don't have mobile device, you can still report your problem online.
After you have submitted your report
After submitting your Vyn report, a technician will then review the issue and will be in contact within 24 hours.
Our working hours are:
Monday - Friday: 06:30 - 21:30
Saturday - Sunday: 08:30 - 15:00
