Pumping station and manhole ownership

Some properties are connected to pumping stations for removal of their sewage, which then connects to our network.

In July 2011, new regulations came into effect which began a mandatory transfer of ownership of pumping stations dealing with multiple properties.

These pumping stations transferred from private ownership to water companies, and the transfer was completed by October 2016.  

You’ll need to let us know if you still have a pumping station that should be under our ownership, so we can make sure the correct changes are made to shift the responsibility to us.
