Families looking for a great value fun day out this October should come along to one of Severn Trent’s spooktacular Halloween Trails.  

The trails, which are being run at Carsington Water in Derbyshire, Draycote Water in Warwickshire and Tittesworth Water in Staffordshire, are open from 10am to 3pm every day from Saturday 22nd to Sunday 30th October.  

Visitors can buy a trail map from the on-site visitor centre for £3 and head on a short walk along the trail, finding spooky scenes around the reservoirs and answering questions or completing activities to receive a bag of trick or treat sweets.  

Donna Marshall, Senior Visitor Engagement Officer said: “We’re so excited to be welcoming visitors around our beautiful sites to enjoy the great outdoors and learn about nature this autumn with a spooky Halloween twist. Our sites provide a perfect day out for the whole family, with all of our usual on-site activities as well as the Halloween Trails, and we’re sure that everyone will have a fantastic time heading around our trails!” 

There’s no need for visitors to book ahead and fancy dress is encouraged.
