Midlands-based water company Severn Trent has been recognised as one of the Best Places to work by Glassdoor.

The FTSE 100 Company was number 44 in the rankings, and honoured with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award.

Severn Trent employs over 6,000 people across its whole region, which covers the Midlands, down into the South West to the outskirts in Bristol and up into the peak district and just south of Sheffield.

The company was honoured as one of the top places to work alongside other companies such as Apple and Google, thanks to employee-based reviews collected by employee review site, Glassdoor.
