26th March 2018
Anyone interested in sharing their views on the services that Severn Trent provides is being invited to join Tap Chat, the company’s new online community panel.
The company, which supplies clean and waste water services to millions of customers across the Midlands and mid- and north Wales, is looking for over 10,000 people of all ages, all walks of life and from all areas to help it set its priorities for the future.
Liv Garfield, Severn Trent Chief Executive, said: “We want to hear from our customers about the things that really matter to them so we can offer them an even better service.“It’s really easy to sign up and, once you’ve done that, you can have your say on how we should run the business, about what our priorities should be, and on how we make sure we’re doing the right thing for all of our customers.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to an absolutely vital service that touches the lives of millions of people every single day.
”Anyone taking part will be entered into draws to win high street vouchers, and the more times people take part, the more draws they’ll be entered into.As well as the online community panel, there will also be opportunities to get more hands-on, whether by carrying out surveys about water usage or by taking part in face-to-face discussion groups.
“We really do put our customers first, and, by taking part in this group, it’ll help us better understand where their priorities lie,” said Liv.
To sign up to the online community, which was created by Join the Dots for Severn Trent, anyone interested should go to stwater.co.uk/tapchat and follow the instructions.
